Poor Service

MTN SIM doesn't make outgoing calls My MTN SIM refuses to make outgoing calls, all I get is a \call ended"error. I have called the call center and all I was told was to remove the SIM card for 15 minutes to refresh it. I have tried this several times with no avail. This problem has been happening for 3 days already. This is really frustrating and now the mtn call centres are advising me to do a sim swap and I will lose all my data and airtime if I do so.
