Poor Service

I took out contact with MTN of which I'll be paying R700 monthly my phone's were supposed to be coupled with a gift box it's been almost 2 weeks I've been going up and down to Southgate MTN for my gift box without any luck one of the consultant even told me it's a favour to get a gift box then I told them if that's the case why didn't the brochure specify that it's a favour...I told them I'll stop all the debits from MTN because I won't be paying while I didn't receive my full package
