Poor service

I have never com across such bad service. I have been trying to cancel my contract for a whole year to no success. I have been handed over to their legal team but wen I try to make arrangements I'm being taken from pillar to post or they are always offline. I have been following up on a reference number for the past 4 weeks when I was promised feedback within 72 hrs only to find out no one has attended to it.

I want this contract closed so I can officially end this stressful relationship with your company.
