Poor service

On the 25th of March I called MTN sales to get their WiFi router, little did I know I am About to get the worst experience of my life.The consultant captured my details incorrectly on her system,and after multiple attempts of calling MTN to try and fix their error so I could receive my parcel,getting assistance from them is next to impossible.Long story short 2 weeks later I still don't have my devise and when I call I am being sent from pillar to post
