Poor service

I visited mtn in Qonce to stop hacked sim card because the person who hacked was borrowing borrowing money to all my contacts. Mtn store could not assist immediately then I asked for the number to call. I called their call center then they confirmed that the simswap reversed and the number is blocked. When i call the number it was still active even after 5 hours. I visited the branch and they said I must wait for 24 hrs there is nothing that they can do for me. The hacker is continuing sending messages using my number because its still active in his side. This is real pathetic I lost hopebon mtn. This is happening for the second time.e
