Poor Service!!
Once again I am receiving poor service from MTN... This really exhausting. I submitted an insurance claim on Monday (2015/06/15), I have to date received no feedback. I have called the call center***) only to have my calls dropped on 3 separate occasions (after a 15 minute wait). I don't know what else to do. Will the service at MTN ever improve?
