poor service
My MTN contract number is ***. The ref no is#*** . I haven't use my micro sim since the inccident took place. I pay my acc everymonth now that I wasn't informed that I shud carry on even though I dnt have my phone now I become the bad person which I don't like.I have been with mtn for along time now and don't appreciate this kind of service. They should contactme on *** the number I gave initially. I have the money to pay my acc but I willnot pay for legal fees as this is notmyfault. My phone is sitting inrepairs for 3months.the lack of communication from mtn employees is pathetic.I am waitingforthecall..thank you..this is my reply to my compaint.
