poor service

After few attemps trying to ask for sms before month end for balance on how much to pay for bill ,nothing and everymonth fone been cut off at 28 of each month and need to call ask and reactivate to pay account how difficult can it be to activate sms very poor service never had any issues with cell c or vodacom will go back to other service provider after contrat ends
