Poor Service
Good Day <br> <br> I have done a Sim Swap 3 days ago and was told it would be active within 2 hours then I went back to Cavendish Square and was told due to the strike this could take 24 hours still till today I am not able to use my phone as it keeps saying sim registration failed <br> <br> Who can I call to resolve this matter as this is ridiculous
