Poor Service/ ****

I was up for upgrade and being harassed by the sales consult of MTN and I advised that my contract will be coming to an end on the 12 Dec 2023 and they said I have an option for early upgrade. Advised them that can’t afford on paying 2 cellphones and they said I won’t be paying 2 phones at the as automatically the old one will fade away. Now I’m getting billed for 2 phones which I was not signed for. Would like to get calls recordings and get service of what I have signed for.
