Poor service

I'm not happy with the service I received from mtn, I cancelled my router after only 3 weeks if not less, took in the router to the nearest mtn branch on the 31st of April and cancelled it immediately because it was not working for me. Now I'm debited for a service I don't have. Please pay back my money mtn
