Poor service

I just want to say that I am very disappointed with mtn and I will never recommend this service provider to anyone ever again. I had a contract with mtn that I thought I would settle early to assist me financially, I settled the account and overpaid when settling my account I then contacted the contact centre for assistance with a refund of the amount that was in credit and it has been hell ever since I literally have 12 reference numbers all telling me my refund request is unsuccessful and when calling in no one can tell me why they just keep on transferring me from department to department because no one knows what to do they rude when u call in like you bothering them you give them chance to speak then they interrupt you when u talking .. what is so difficult of a refund I mean I’m not asking you for a loan, it is MY Money!!!
