I am really upset with MTN, all I wanted was to cancel my contract, I wanted a settlement amount. I called customer 135 and asked to be transferred to the contract department, about 4 consultants said they don't have a transfer button I must again call customer care, I finally got hold of someone in the contract department who then transferred me to retentions when I got there they said I need to go to the store, where I've been already and they advised me to call customer care, I spoke to over 7 people and no has assisted me. I'm just frustrated. poor service from them.
