Poor service

It is the badest selohone comeny I did pay my acc for the last 3years on time i have asked them since 2020 sep month for a cheaper plan and stiil im stageling no help at all they send me to the store and the store send me home and still im stugeling to pay deu this covert thing i asked for help and yes no replay i will never ever recomend nobody to join MTN network i rather stay with cell c im happy with there survice for Almost 2 years no prob
