POOR SERVICE

hi, mtn has not emailed me nor called me to warn that my account will be handed over, i am in arrears with mtn but i always make payment a few months late but i pay the full amount, normally they would call me or email me to warn me to pay but now i want to pay the full amount i owe but i find out from Mr. Price that i have been handed over so i have a bad credit rating. this is highly unacceptable as i was not once contacted, i want to pay the full amount now but i cant reach mtn to find out my full amount due to the strike, i want to pay the full amount i am in arrears by but no extra legal cost as mtn did not contact me at all. i will not pay any extra costs just the amount i am in arrears by. i have contracts with vodacom and cell c but their service and communication with customers are much better. i have 3 contracts with mtn and this is highly unacceptable. mtn contract number in question: ***. reachable contact number: ***
