Poor service

Hi opened a contract at the sandton branch next to checkers in sandton city ! I canceled the contract and returned the phone within the cooling of period to a guy named Thuso . However this contract was not canceled for 5 months . They were trying to cancel this contract . They have debited me for 5 months straight and pathetic service from Thuso the guy that helped me along with the branch manager David . I had to call them every day to follow up cause they wouldn’t get back to me until I told them I’m taking legal action then only they decided to provide my refund and assist me with my issue ! Dont even bother with them honestly
