POOR SERVICE

I submitted a claim on the 30th april 2015, and i had to be the 1 to keep on phoning after this company, and everyone is no help. my device was supposed to be collected on tuesday 19th may and still im waiting for the phonecall where they confirm the booking. really fed up i want to be contacted now ive been without a phone for 3 weeks really the worst service ever. and everytime i try to contact your insurance it keeps getting disconnected. reaaly fed up now, ready to cancel this insurance, because im not getting value for my money.
