POOR SERVICE
Battling for a few months to get proper feedback from MTN's billing department with regards to an instalment they keep on deducting then paying back after querying it. My account was suspended 2 weeks ago after another 2 calls were logged to obtain statements and to get someone in their billing department to contact me. This "outstanding instalment" was once again without consent, notification or without any feedback on the 2 calls logged deducted on the 1st. I am furious and wish I could end my contract NOW but I have upgraded 6 months ago!!!! Should have waited!!!!!!
