Poor service.

mtn sold me a contact sim of R199.00 per month. The sim was delivered 7 days ago but its still not working. Rica seem to be an issue when I call them. Been calling almost every day. I'm always promised it will be fine in 24 hours but nothing gets done. My studies are compromised. I've already missed 5 online classes.
