Poor Service

I took out a contract for the first time last year with the Black Friday deals at the MTN store Malmesbury. The consultant told me about the promotion with Samsung A35 5G, where you get a smart watch and Bluetooth earphones.

I've took out the deal and since today I've never received the extra's. I've followed up with the consultant and sent emails to complaints and since today I have not received any feedback from them and have not received anything.

Very poor service!!!
