Poor service

I'm totally not happy with the service. I signed up with Mondo with mtn as a service provider in October. I have been calling day in and out for my cancelation and only this month they decided to collect the home rooter. Mtn has been billing me even after Mondo confirmed my cancelation. I have been going from pillar to post with mtn and Mondo. I am disappointed because I have 3 contracts with mtn but now this service is unacceptable. No one keeps me informed of anything until I pick up a phone and call. Even today they said they are in a process of canceling my rooter contract, imagine since October. This is poor service indeed
