Poor service

I have a contract with mtn and I'm experiencing problems with network & when I call technical team I am told my account is suspended yet account is up to date and when I call billing they confirm that I dnt owe them anything literally I am paying for no service & am being taken from pillar to post over nothing mtn is really poor when it comes to customer service now I have to buy data yet I pay for wifi
