Poor service

Hi I would like to report MTN service provider I have a contract with them and it expired on may 2025 but I continued with them now I want to close it they can’t help me I have been in call for 1:30min with them telling me that my account is a business transferred the call to personal account and this one will be transferringe to business I even ran out of airtime not being helped.
