Poor service

I don't know what seems to be the problem with your customer service consultants, I've been calling and sending emails regarding my contract that is in arrears of which I want to pay. Today I was told to call at 8am so they can transfer the call to the lagal team I waited 30 minutes for the call to be connected to an agent only to be told that the system is offline..Your service is poor and the legal team is not responding to my emails. I just want to know the balance and if the account has been handed over I want their contact details so they can give me details to pay it.
