Poor service.

Tried purchasing voice bundle through my mtn app. Payment went through my bank account but the voice bundle was not loaded. Spoken to consultant from call centre who assured me it will be sorted out within 7 days. After 7 days still no voice bundle loaded and followed up with a email only to receive automated respond that I will get a response within another14 days. This is totally unacceptable to resolve a R55 query. This is the first and last time I will ever take out a contract with mtn. Just waiting for December for my contract to end.
