Poor service

I am trying to get hold of them since yesterday. Today i tried numerous times to get through and the call gets dropped. I got through and they transfered me to collection department, the call was dropped. For a No1 company the service is very poor. How long does it take to get a settlement letter to pay. But to sent us letters to pay they are very quick. How many times must i phone in te get assistance.
