Poor service

I'm very disappointed with the level of service that I'm getting from MTN😔. Firstly I ordered Wi-Fi online last year, I was promised that I would get my parcel in 5 working day, that didn't happen as the courier that they use their deliveries (DSV) is very unprofessional and *********. This courier did not want to accommodate me for a with the time for the delivery. Eventually the parcel was sent back to MTN, when the lady from MTN called she didn't offer any solution she just said we gonna cancel the order.

Secondly I ordered a new phone this year the same thing happened, they were supposed to deliver the phone today I waited at Ndwedwe from 3pm, only for the courier guy to call at 4:30 pm to tell me he is still at Maphumulo.

I still don't have my phone, I'm very disappointed
