Poor Service

<p>I am really disappointed with MTN service, when I upgraded my contract I was told that I would get 3 months of no payment because they didn't have the specific phone that I wanted, but they went and debited my account anyway this month. </p> <p>I called on Monday and I was given a story that it will be sorted out and then I phoned today and I was told the guy would call me back but he didn't. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am am not impressed with the service at all. </p>
