Poor Service
<p>I had a contract upgrade telephonically about four weeks ago. Lorraine Baloyi assisted me. She was suppose to courier my Wi-Fi router and it is now three weeks I still didn't receive it. I am thinking of cancelling everything because of their poor service. How can I use a sim card withot a device. They have given me the 30GB data promotion which expire in 30days hence after 15 days I still dont have the router. This is unacceptable. I tried calling ********** 667 and have been transferred from one person to another for more than 30 minutes I have been holding on without success, really if this is service we get from MTN, I am disappointed and will opt out soon.</p>

MTN is so pathetic. It is now second month still I haven't received my Wireless Modem. No call nothing.
I have tried to follow up without success. I am cancelling this and already approached the SA consumer complaints in this regard.
