Poor Service
I reported my phone ****** at Jabulani Mall MTN, all the required documents were provided, that was on the 27/28th of March 2015. I was told MTN Insurance will get back to me after the easter weekend but I am still waiting. I tried to contact MTN several times but they hang up on me and never call me back. I sent an email and got an automated response. I am sick of MTN, I don't have a phone and I have been paying them monthly without problems.
