Poor service

<p>I upgraded my contract last week Monday and I've been getting promises that device will be delivered by a certain date, I phoned the retentions department yesterday and they told me that delivery would take place latest today. Today I phoned RTT and they haven't received the phone as yet therefore that means delivery won't happen today. </p> <p>This is really getting out of hand because the consultants have been lying to me an promising to get back to me for so long now and still nothing. </p> <p>Please can this be sorted out today. </p>
