Poor service

I have app**** for a new contract on Wednesday 3 May and to port my number from Vodacom. I was told it will take 24 hours. During the night I received emails from both Mtn and Vodacom that my number is ready for port. I went back to Mtn on Thursday and got my new phone. I was told it only take a few hours for my phone to work. Friday morning my phone was still not working. I phoned support. They said I should take the SIM card out and the phone will work. I did that and the phone still didn't work. I waited a few hours and tried again. Nothing. I phoned again. They told me they will try to fix it and phone me back. I am still waiting for a call!! I phoned again. The guy asked me if I activated the number?? He said the only problem is that I have to activate the number. I was furious ! Why didn't they tell me that the day I got the phone?? I lost 2 days of important calls!! When I phone to activate the number there is voicemail that the offices is closed. I went to Mtn again where I got the phone and they just tell me sorry you have to wait till Monday. I am now 4 days without people to phone me. My phone is very important in my work. The people at MTN JUST DON'T GIVE A ****!! They don't know how to do their work properly. The only word they know is " we apologize " This is my 1st experience as a new customer at MTN and I am disgusted !!! Please employ people with at least one braincel!! Utterly disgusted by MTN!!!
