Poor service

Mtn is such a disappointment and not to mention to one of their loyal consumers. I have been with mtn for years and recently in June this year I took out a router contract and after 3 months the router refused to charge I took it in September 30 2021 and was told I would receive it after 21 day. Today is the 31st December 2021 I have not received my router and no communication from mtn. I took time and effort to making contact with the store and the repair cent and no once came back to me to date. I'm going into the new year with no router and monthly payments are made with no default. A trua ****
