Poor service

Good afternoon May you please assist me regarding my claim that I reported at mtn in regarding the blacklisting of my phone ***)which I reported on the 02 /12/2022. Am still waiting for the ITC reference from them even today am still waiting after I was told to wait for 24hrs so I can't claim my insurance Regards Portia
