Poor Service

I am not one to bad mouth a business, but there is something to be said for customer service.

I have phoned just under 10 times now and each time the matter is apparently escalated, each time with another 3 to 5 working days turnaround. This has been carrying on for 2 weeks without any form of resolution.

Rather choose a network provider that deliver what they sell, even if the options are more expensive.
