Poor service
Went to do a sim swap the lady was brutally rude whilst she is attending to me she was busy flirting with the a guy on the side.i eventually told her would go to the Waterfall branches and she gladly said leave and I hope u will get better service there.i have had a contract with mtn for the past 3years but the is the worst service I have get from mtn definitely will not visit this particular shop
