Poor service

MTN customer service these days is poor i really wish i could change network, for them to do a sim swap have taken them more than 48 hours when you ask the consultants they will be busy saying your request is with management when the deadline was 48 hours i am using this number important calls are rejected i am losing business due to MTN incompetence
