Poor Service

I am trying to apply for a Samsung Galaxy Ultra. The price however indicated by Samsung in an email from Samsung South Africa is different to that of the Website when doing the pre-order. R869 vs R909

No department in MTN was able to assist for me to understand the difference and how it is possible to get the deal advertised by Samsung SA.

I was pushed from pillar to post with no satisfaction.
