Poor service

I paid mtn on the 28 hoping they would help me but I have to call them daily and yesterday i calked them I ran out of airtime from being transfered from this person to another, the 2nd simcard is not yet cancelled as they promised and they haven't refund me as they promised ,horrible service I regret the decision i made to join their so called contract .Poor Service!!
