Poor Service

No emphasise on wanting to help. I have phoned multiple times to request that my statements for the last financial year be sent to me and each time I phone I get a new ticket opened with a reference number and that I will be sent the statements within 2 - 48 hours of the ticket being opened. However, the ticket gets closed each time and no statements sent. I have followed up with MTN a few times and no one is willing to help. I have tried going into a store and they can only assist with statements for 3 months in the current year.
