Poor service
<p>good day I'm Khanyisa Mbebe, I am in complain of mtn poor service hence my phone has been suspended due to payment, I called in from Monday to the call center I was told to wait for legal department to contact me, I left my contact details hence my phone is suspended, today is Friday and they is no reply from the legal department . My main point in to speak to them and make arrangements in payment hence I made a payment during the week I need to negotiate more on how I will pay so my phone can be activated ASAP, I need to use it as my mother is in hospital and they is no other contact besides my phone. Please help me the mtn legal department to contact me so I can arrange and activate my phone. My mtn contract number is ********** 945 they no calls coming in or going. I'm reachable on ********** 392</p>
