poor service
<p>mtn as a whole is a waste of time. the ********** , nobody ever answers to help, who do we call for help if we want assitance. All the mtn numbers i call is automated, i want to speak to a consultant.</p>

I have a phone that i purchased from a MTN outlet in A Edgars store in Workshop DBN.
The phone had been ****** from my room by a **** that was at the house for the day.The problem is that i haven't been using the phone for awhile as it is my spare phone. the mtn sim card i haven't used in that phone as well because i wanted to keep my Vodacom number ( ********** 004) . I was using thios number in both phones.
I do have a imei nymber for the phone, how do i go about blasklisting the phone. and getting a case number
