Poor service

I app**** for a contract with them and I got approved, they sent me a message stating when I'd receive my phone, I did not receive it and they did not say why. When I call their customer care line I'm sent from pillar to post and then they eventually hang up on me. For one of the biggest service providers in Africa, this is unacceptable. I'm even regretting applying for this contract.
