Poor service

Hi I am very disappointed with mtn services and will never advise anyone to take a contract with mtn.. My contract finished in June 2023 and I phoned and made sure it was over...i went to apply for finance and only to find out I'm in arrears with mtn cause someone never complete my request.. It is very disappointing that that they have people like that working at mtn
