Poor service

<p>I app**** for a contract at mtn shop, and it was approved received my phone on Saturday and on thusrdday it froze and I took it back to the shop on Saturday which was seven days after getting it. They took the phone back and said they are going to diagnose it to see if I did not drop it then they will call me. It was in May when I took the phone back now it's August I still have not received the phone back, they always come up with stories of why I cannot get my phone back. And they are deducting the phone monthly installment whereas phone is still dololo I feel ****** and used by mtn</p>
