Poor service
MTN has been over charging me and when I try to contact MTN their call centre does not even work!!!<br> I get place on hold and eventually the call just gets cut. What time of customer service is this?<br> Not enough that my bank account has been debit for an amount which is not correct , there is no one even available to explain . Best thing to do is put a stop order maybe then they will attend to my queries
