Poor service

In August month i have taken out an contrack with mtn for 10G day and 10G night. And i have only received 5G day and 5G night i have talk to several agents how has give me references numbers and when i call back they just give my another refernece number .And i have go to nearest Mtn store which also could not help me because i have purchase it online .
