poor service

on 28 June I took my handset into the MTN repair centre in Midrand. I was promised that it will be ready in a week.

I received an sms advising that it was ready for pick up. I went into the store on 30 June 2016 to be told that they have the box with my phone serial number but not the phone. After 1 hour of searching i was told the phone was nowhere to be found. The consultant took my details and promised to call me as soon as they locate the phone. As expected the call never came. I went back into the store a few days later after receiving an e-mail confirming the handset was there. And guess what, apparently the wrong handset was placed into the box with my phone serial no. The manager promised me that they will then deliver the handset to me as I lived in Pretoria. I have received 2 e-mails since MOnday advising the handset is ready but as usual no call from the manager or delivery.

I expect my handset to be delivered to me by 11 am tomorrow morning 15 July 2016
