Poor Service
<p>My account was billed excessively in one month and my query was rejected without even calling me. They handed over my account to the legal without my knowledge. Accounts department is unable to help me to make payment arrangements. Was given the numbers to their legal departments but the numbers are not working ********** . I cannot even terminate my contract which has expired in January 2016. Frustrated.</p> <p>Query ref no: ********** </p> <p>Data contract number: ********** </p>

I still have not heard anything from Mtn regarding my query except for replying to the Hello Peter complaint with an empty promises just to get me off their back. I have a client with Mtn for over ten years in total and this the service I receive. Mtn is quick to reply to Hello Peter do that they look good in face value. Very disappointed.
