Poor service

What a poor service at MTN CRESTA i need to cancel my 2 contract phone .i want to pay off.and its just not happening. I have been to the store 2 hours now .trying to call Mtn customer service and no answer still. I will never use mtn Again ...the lady called vicky tried to assist me. But customer service is just not helping
